7) Ban from the league.
8) Ban from the clan.
The Race official can choose any of the mentioned punishments pronounced above.
By trying to make an easy life for the Race official we wrote a small Penalty catalogue. The race official should use it.
But like mentioned before he is able to choose any penalty called above.
Penalties
A. General
• Cheating
Ban from the league.
• Lack of respect to others (Insulting, Racism etc…)
Ban from the clan
• Ramming on full purpose
DQ for driven race
• Ramming Accidentally
- Wait for the other driver to recover his position IN FRONT of you.
- If you don’t wait for the other driver, you get a Qualy penalty.
- If the other driver is out of the race, then you miss next race qualy (depends on the accident).
• Cutting Track
o Accidentaly: (if car is out of control, or to avoid a crash) no fGw penalty, however, the game may punish you on-track.
o Always cutting on purpose: DQ from the race.
• Blocking (No more than 1 race line change when battling).
Qualy penalty. 5 Places back on the next qualy.
B. Chatting
TeamSpeak
TeamSpeak is made to communicate between all of us, it is not you personal shrink that made us all listen to whatever you have in your mind. TS is also used to reduce the amount of chatting on the screen, and the necessity to write while driving.
fGw recommends TS but doesn’t enforce the use of it. However, people that are not using TS may not hear or take part of important decisions that can be taken during the race weekend, hence removing that person the possibility of protesting, commenting and give opinions, e.g. the decision of restarting a race. Also people without teamspeak will be like driving blind, without knowing what other people is doing on the track, pitting, battling, catching up, doing hot laps etc.
The allowed talking on TS when racing:
• Race content is allowed, e.g. talking about strategy, about lap time .(keep it short).
• League Management .
• A short message is allowed, e.g. “Take right”, “Blue flag”, “coming through” “coming for you”, even a casual “damn” or slight laughter any expression is allowed in the race that make us all human and the races fun.
• Too much talking, shit-chatting, complaining or swearing on TS is not allowed, because those things can be made at a different time.
The penalty for doing this is miss next race qualy or lose 6 qualy places.
Text Chatting
This bothers people during their concentration time, but sometimes its easier or simpler to say something through the chat than through TS, e.g. different accents of English.
• During practice, all the text you want is allowed.
• During Qualy, NO TEXT IS ALLOWED
Penalty is 40Kg weight for next weekend.
• During Race, Chat is allowed but thing about the other drivers and don’t chat to much during the race.
C. Qualifying
During qualy, everybody is burning their own fuel, setting the fastest possible laps, and going into and out of the pits for fresh tires, that’s why it is the session that requires the most attention from everybody. You need to know that if you are on your in or out lap, you have to let the cars behind pass.
• Don’t respect blue flags
Add 40kg weight for next weekend.
• Entry and Exit the Server
Start from the back of the grid for that race. Although if you have a certain connection problem we won’t penalize you for coming back.
D. Race
The expected behavior during the race is to respect the flags, respect other driver’s races, other driver’s lines. Overall, expected is the drivers to drive SMART.
Driving smart is going in and out of the pits using the pit roads, going back to track after a spin AFTER the traffic has passed, using your mirrors as much as you can, and knowing that lifting the throttle a little bit can save your race and others, understand the behavior of the car in traffic, understand the wear of the tires and how it affects the cars, have control of the car at all times, and if after some damage the car is affected then knowing how to bring it back without losing control of it, e.g. when you lose the front wing, or damage the suspensions.
• Big crashes at start (unsafe driving)
Miss next race qualy and add 40Kg of weight.
• Causing accidents (not driving smart)
Add 100kg of weight for next weekend.
• Causing a crash during a yellow flag situation
Add 100kg of weight and miss next race qualy.
• Don’t respect blue flags.
+ 10 places next qualy.
