Yesterday's race at Laguna Seca was extreamly Good as we have had plenty of scraps between drivers. In Race 1 Sonic did brake a tad late and caught the side of his team mate witch let Pinkboy through, Sonic then tried comming back on track but got took out by Gaz5664 who then took out another driver, it was horrendous we had cars everywere but all managed to get going again. GF47 had a early finish in race 1 by crashing into a wall. Myticracer had a outstanding qualifying and got 1st place and held 1st place throughout the race and took the win

Race 2 Was exciting as on turn 1 and 2 Pinkboy accidently hit his team mate off as he didnt see him, also 4 drivers tried to go into turn 2 with 4 abreast but it did just not work as gaz caught front of another car witch sent him into Sonic and sonic unfortunaly got hit into the gravel and lost time. Kronos went on to take the win of the 2nd race.

Very good racing yesterday guys, Hope to see you all next wednesday at Valencia at 7:00pm GMT for qualifying.

Race 07 team championship signup started.

We've decided (Kronos, Cabo, Flash...) that we're going to use only Race07 content for the first season of Race Champ. That is: WTCC07 and WTCC06 and only tracks from these two seasons.
The main reason for this is to reduce the cost of joining the league (Race 07 alone costs only 5 euros, 25 euros less than the whole Race On bundle), so all of the fGw members can easily try the game and maybe (just maybe) in the future invest a bit more to get more content we could race with.

And to make it even more interesting, I'll also try to get some Race 07s to give away for free. I hope to have more info tomorrow.

I'm really confident that it's a good game to have a league with, with close racing and cars different than what we're used to. We simply need a bit more drivers.

A few days ago Moulich and I decided to cancel the Endurance 2009 championship.
After the pre season vote I was sure that this championship would be a success.
But seemed like the vote didn’t do the job he should have done. At a certain point people started to drop out of the championship and the races became more and more empty.
So therefore the championship came to an end.

Personally I think it’s a shame that we didn’t finish the championship.
The endurance nights will be feeled with race 07 events.
