Recorder update before rfactor 2

rfactor 2 is beeing build and I think its a good idea to improve the ranking system before the new game is released (Laprecorder website).
I'm asking you to post your feedback here. The work on the recorder will be very slow but I hope to have done some of the requests before the release of rfactor 2.
Requested changes
- Race servers can register for free (by cabo)
- Only record laps when registered (by cabo)
- All the lap times from the non gold members will be removed after a few weeks. (by cabo)
- New design (by cabo)
- Fix ammount of mods to rank (by cabo)
- Disable yourself from overall ranking (by cabo)
- Disable record laps for mods / circuits you don't like (by cabo)
- Along with the fastest lap it would be nice if all the laps (from let's say last month) would be stored (by kronos)
- Based on the whole history it would be great to have some statistics similar to race statistics (avg. lap/splits, position graps, lap time graphs etc.) (by kronos)
- Some kind of rating (along with lap history) that would indicate how fast a driver is learning a track by doing better lap times(by kronos)
- It might encourage slower drivers to practice more both by creating competition for the best progress and by showing the progress of other drivers as an example for them. (by kronos)
- In games that support it, split times rankings, so you could see where you might improve the lap(by kronos)
- Ideal lap - sum of the best splits from all drivers or just the chosen driver(by kronos)

lol, I think that they are already very busy with rfactor Pro, I saw on their official siteweb
that 6 F1 teams are using it as simulator, like RedBull and Force India....
work with F1 team is more lucrative that making games... |

rfactor 2 is not going to be released any time soon... discussion about rF2 is off-topic guys 
Anyways, about the recorder, some features I'd like:
Lap history and statistics
- along with the fastest lap it would be nice if all the laps (from let's say last month) would be stored

Progress rating
- some kind of rating (along with lap history) that would indicate how fast a driver is learning a track by doing better lap times

Other features

but that's just my wishlist
