Yup, Geoff should be 2nd, as the general rule is:
If two or more drivers or teams finish the season with the same number of points, the higher place in the Championship shall be awarded to:
1. The holder of the greatest number of first places.
2. If the number of first places is the same, the holder of the greatest number of second places.
3. If the number of second places is the same, the holder of the greatest number of third places, and so on until a winner emerges.
Geoff and Cabo have the same amount of points and wins, but Geoff has more second places. Congrats Geoff

It's not that i put Cabo in that position. The scoring program did that by himself. Dont really know why
