Okay ... I talked to wez and after looking into the incident again (and taking the pictures that Moulich posted into consideration) Geoff will receive a 5-place-grid-penalty for the next race.
This will be applied to similar incidents in the future.
If you make someone spin out and wait for him to recover, you won't get a penalty.
If you make someone spin out without waiting for him, you'll get a 5-place-grid-penalty.
This is the final decision.

yeah, i'm waiting on a desicion on this, i don't want to jump to conclusions beforehand, after the start i triedn to keep up with Cabo ahead of my, but some of the guys behind were coming fast, i was aware, but in one straight the whole pack came together, 4 or more, i saw one car on my left and tried to give him room, only to found Geoff was inside so i stayed there, under the braking area i made contact with the car on my left, E-yan i think it was, and that sent me straight to Geoff...
might be my fault but i saw it as a racing incident
will assume penalty if given thouh

Were looking into 2 incidents at the moment . cabo n harry at the start ...also zakk vs ian vs geoff .. this 1 is being looked at very closely ........... penaltys if any will be given before 18.00 cet friday thanks wez

Eyzz guys i checked the accident.
Here is my story:
I had a faster start then harry and sputnik.
While i was next to sputnik sputnik went a little to the right. I had to move a bit aswell. Harry was just next to me and we touched (while racing it didn't even see it)
On my point of view it was either go to the right or hit sputnik (i was sandwitched). Unlucky for harry we touched a bit and he lost some ground. Annoying for harry  but i think this is just a race accident.
EDIT: Please watch from all 3 drivers before making a statement

as stated were looking into this but maybe sputnik moved right ? you should of applied the abs mate ? harry was a victim in this and he paid the penalty !! also this mod is being run as it should . all incidents will be looked at and dealt with accordingly , thanks wez . but hanks for putting you side forward mate this will be taken in account ..

I consulted with wez and we've watched the replays over and over again. Here's our decision:
Cabo-Harry accident
You can clearly see it from Zakk's camera at the start: Cabo moved between me and Harry, then he moved to the left (toward me) and then - because I was already there - sharp to the right, into Harry. I didn't move at all (no steering wheel-movement in the cockpit), so it's not like I didn't give him any room. Also, he pushed off Acura (and in extend pougness) in the first corner.
Cabo will receive a 5-place-grid-penalty for the next race.
Zakk-Geoff-and-others accident
E-yan overtook Zakk, Zakk steered right into him - which was a bit nasty. But he couldn't have anticipated or wantonly caused the chain reaction that followed. Therefore Zakk will get a warning but no penalty. However E-yan needs to be a bit more careful while overtaking, too.

Can you please show me where i hit acura?
I really don't agree with the penalty. It was really a race acident. I even couln't see harry back then. From my view it looked like you came toward me sputnik. Even though i don't agree is up to you guys.

But please lookt it inside of my car and from sputnik inside.
When youc heck my inside view you will see that i see sputnik move ( or i moved toward him). But i had to change direction else i would ran into him

The video from behind it looks like i caused the accident with acura. BUT acura and pougness collided themself. But looks like it was me.
I showed this video (http://www.youtub...e=youtu.be) to many people.
They al agreed that a penalty is really not done.
I had no chooise but to move. Sputnik moved to the right and i had to avoid. Sputnik had enough room on the left.
The penalty is given and i accepted it. But i feel bullshitted (BTW not angry or whatever lol)

not me either. 1 you have brakes 2. you hit harry he crashed ! (you carried on ) 3 .acura bit is not what the penalty was given for it was for harry incident. 4. you defo hit acura aswell .

1.20 lap 1 hit hard (very hard ) car was fooked after race over but managed to finish .. i think kronos could of waited instead of trying to get through a little gap?
